SecureCard Technologies introduces the most advanced child identification system in the industry. In coordination with law enforcement and child-related services, SecureCard has designed the FirstClue^® Child Identification System featuring the FirstClue^® Identification Card. This Program is offered exclusively by SecureCard, and utilizes thermally imprinted plastic cards, along with the latest in digital image capture and storage technology.

SECURE AND DEPENDABLE INFORMATION
SecureCard stores an electronic image of both the fingerprint and photograph, as well as the textual data, in a secure, proprietary, database. This image data can be provided to assist in the search of a missing child, and is compatible with AFIS and other identification systems in use by law enforcement throughout the world. This data is not accessible via external methods, such as the Internet, nor is the information sold, bartered or transferred.

The FirstClue^® Identification Program sets itself apart from other child safety identification programs through technology and our relationship with the community. Our focus is not just to provide a unique identification product, but to establish an ongoing, annual relationship with the community, through consistent support and renewal programs.

RELIABLE SERVICE AND DISTRIBUTION
SecureCard distribution channels for the FirstClue^® Child Identification Program include preschools, elementary schools, youth groups, fairs, family events, charter schools and many other youth related organizations and clubs. SecureCard has designed the FirstClue^® Identification Card through extensive research and careful evaluation, and has made modifications - based on today's environment - from the industry's standard child identification card of the past. For example, we do not include the child's address on the card if the card were lost, a stranger would know exactly where to find that child.

PROTECTION AGAINST TAMPERING
The inherent nature of the thermally imprinted plastic of the FirstClue^® Identification Card prevents tampering or modification of images and data on the card. In addition, the color and position of the SecureCard watermark protects against illegal card duplication.

RESEARCHED AND PROVEN DESIGN
The template design of the FirstClue^® Identification Card has been built through iterative communication with qualified law enforcement authorities and childcare personnel. All data on the card is displayed in a clear, intelligible manner, and even the fingerprint can be scanned directly from the card if needed.

ENROLLMENT AND RENEWAL AVAILABLE BY MAIL
SecureCard’s Enrollment-Renewal By Mail Program provides a feature unique among Child Identification Cards. By mailing an updated photograph, with the child's new height and weight, to the address on the back of the identification card SecureCard issues a new card by scanning the photograph and updating the database.  SecureCard will also process new enrollments for the FirstClue^® Program remotely through either standard mail or e-mail. New enrollment kits are available via standard mail by request and include a dry ink fingerprint strip that produces a ‘digitize-ready’ fingerprint directly on the form.
